Ritual Spearmint:

Healing ~ Love

It is the invigorating yet soothing scent of spearmint that makes it special.

It's healing powers are related to the stomach, the center of "will" or willfulness.

Where love is concerned we must not push our will or allow others to exert their will upon us.

Spearmint settles the stomach and allows us to be free & flowing in relationships.

This herb is also a stimulant so when used in the bedroom it will help love making to be spicy but not out of control.

Use as a potpourri, simmered on the stove or rub the scent into pillows and bed linens.

Spearmint Tea:

Olde Tyme Favorite of adults and children!

This is a great summertime tea because of its cooling and refreshing smell and taste.

It is wonderful both hot and cold and blends well with other herbs.

Try Ginger to spice it up or brew it with apple juice.

Lavender or Lemongrass give it a unique twist.

Spearmint Smoke:

Adds a nice cooling taste to any blend.

Very refreshing & uplifting without nervous energy.

May help with headaches when mixed with Wood Betony
